MiG-29K (Service Entry - India)
Mikoyan · Russia/India
The "Black Panther" squadron (INAS 303) began receiving these jets in 2009. Unlike the original MiG-29, the K-model uses a digital fly-by-wire system and a corridor-less cockpit for better carrier visibility. It is the first MiG to use a "hands-on-throttle-and-stick" (HOTAS) layout.
